I'm 63 years old and I struggle to stay active and maintain a healthy weight. Over the years I've lost weight and regained it many times. Other than being overweight and having obstructive sleep apnea, I'm in good health. I don't take any regular meds, and have no blood pressure or cholesterol issues. I have a little bit of joint pain in my hands and a knee that probably needs replacement.
I started this blog to share my successes (I had just lost 54 pounds in my 54th year). Now I write as a way to keep myself accountable to myself.
