February was a pretty non-eventful month for health and weight loss. I ended about where I began (actually down a couple of pounds) and the best I can say about it is that I managed not to gain any weight.
My exercise was pretty non-existent once I returned home from Mexico and I'm going to have to get back to doing something on a regular (if not daily) basis. There are 15 weeks until my 65th birthday. If I can manage a consistent loss of just over 2 lbs (1 kg) per week, I can be at 230 lbs by then. That's still obese on the BMI charts, but way better than the current 264 lbs of today.
sigh
The struggle is real.
