Damn. These two overnight shifts have kicked my butt. I know that it is partially due to trying to get back to my regular sleep schedule and having a couple of short sleep days, but I'm feeling pretty wiped out. I did manage to hit my daily step goal, but not much else.

On the weightless front -- I lost two pounds for week one. 
It's not much, but it is a start in the right direction.
